Key Responsibilities:

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide strategic design, development, and delivery of Learning Technologies for employees across all Operating Groups and Corporate Services divisions. The employee in this position functions as a partner with business clients, other HR groups and training professionals in other divisions. This position is also responsible for supporting the company eLearning strategy and talent.

Functions as Project Manager for: 1. New learning technology platforms, integration, and track all LMS integration details 2. The implementation of business unit courses within the LMS.

  • Works with training leaders to assess and identify business/performance challenges and requirements involving learning technologies, specifically United's "Learning Network" the company's learning management system
  • Works in conjunction with internal subject matter experts and/or vendors to provide technology standards for courseware development
  • Coordinates with external vendors and internal IT department to implements learning technology enhancements or issue resolution.
  • Coordinate with the performance and compensation stakeholders and administer the performance and compensation system in cornerstone

The salary for this position is $67,270 to $98,670 dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education and skills. This range is based on a full-time schedule.

What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):

  • Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant work experience
  • 2-4 years demonstrated experience in the area of learning technology, e-learning and talent systems
  • Comprehensive knowledge of e-learning development and Learning Management Systems
  • Team player able to drive results in a performance-based environment

What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Experience with Enterprise LMS, and course development tools (Articulate, captivate, etc.)
  • Experience working on performance systems
