The Sr. Manager, NACO Center of Excellence Training for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for leading a diverse training and development organization in North America, deploying best-in-class technical training programs to internal associates and customers.
This position is part of the Global Service organization and will be fully remote (USA based). At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.
You will be a part of the Global Professional Development team and report to the Director of Global Service Learning Products responsible for building a Service Learning Culture – creating synergy across all regions to support the needs of customers and regional service teams. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Deploy best-in-class service and customer technical training programs for Beckman Coulter’s diverse global audience by leading multi-site training teams
- Lead customer and associate transformative change efforts to an eLearning environment while assisting with commercial learning initiatives
- Design and implement comprehensive training strategy to enable successful new product release and drive OTD of training related projects and curriculums
- Build collaborative partnerships with cross-functional (e.g. service, sales, support, R&D) teams and key stakeholders to identify and analyze training needs, align on optimal approach and execute training programs
- Utilize Danaher Business System (DBS) tools and techniques and apply instructional design and adult learning methodology to continually improve customer satisfaction and training effectiveness
- Engage global regional training centers (non-COE) to share best practices, ensure training materials, processes and procedures are aligned and current, and assist with training documentation record tracking compliance
- Supervise the daily business activities, setting team priorities, ensuring task completion and coordinate work activities with other supervisors
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Bachelor’s degree with 14+ years of experience OR Master’s/Doctoral degree with 12+ years of experience with demonstrated track record of strong leadership, organizational interpersonal and communication skills
- 4+ years of experience leading team of professional associates
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Experience in medical device or clinical laboratory with technical aptitude to comprehend scientific and technical content
- Experience with Knowledge Connection, Master Control and/or Learning Management System

The salary range for this role is $135K - $140K. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
