Responsibilities:
The Spiritual Wellness Provider works directly with Canyon Ranch guests, guiding them to discover and explore their spiritual life as well as their creativity through a variety of spiritual wellness and creative expression experiences.
The primary responsibilities are to provide one-on-one guest consults, facilitate group workshops, and offer lectures on topics related to spiritual wellness, creative expression and the alignment of the creative process in spiritual development.
This role will have direct revenue-generating responsibility.
Secondary responsibilities include:
- Professional documentation
- Attending departmental/interdepartmental meetings and trainings as required
- Creating program materials for guests and guest follow-up
- Contributing to new program development in Spiritual Wellness
- Assisting the Programming Director and Lead.
- Performs individual guest consultations and provides follow up when appropriate
Qualifications:
Qualifications include:
- Prior knowledge of position/industry (3-5 years’ previous experience in same or related field).
- An accredited Master’s degree in field related to Spiritual Wellness required (including Spiritual Guidance, Transpersonal Psychology, Divinity, Consciousness Studies)
- Valid Driver’s license and acceptable driving record to meet Group B Driving Requirements
