Beyond Speech Therapy is an outpatient clinic located on the beautiful central coast in Atascadero, CA. Atascadero is in San Luis Obispo County which is home to California Polytechnic State University also known to many as Cal Poly. The Central Coast also boasts several beautiful beach towns including, Cayucos, Morro Bay, Cambria, Avila, Pismo and Grover Beach. It's a beautiful place to live with many activities for all ages to enjoy.

Beyond Speech Therapy provides services for clients of ALL ages in the areas of speech, language, pragmatics, voice, swallowing, feeding, autism, articulation, phonological awareness, auditory processing and cognitive linguistic deficits. Each therapist at BST has a niche area and age group they specialize in resulting in a diverse but desired caseload. Some therapists work with only pediatric patients, some work with only adults and a few enjoy working with all ages. Desired caseload will be discussed during the interview process. Applicants must be compassionate, knowledgeable, professional and a collaborative team player. All documentation and billing is completed through a user friendly EMR system, WebPT/Therabill.

Currently, we are seeking to hire 3 full time Speech Language Pathologists. Clinical Fellows are welcomed and encouraged to apply.

Applicant should be knowledgeable of the Speech Language Pathology scope of practice and competent to provide assessment and intervention in all areas.

Must have current CA SLP license, ASHA Certified Clinical Competencies (CCC), certified in child/adult CPR, and have individual liability insurance. Clinical Fellows are required to have RPE license, CPR certification and liability insurance.
