The Inn at Perry Cabin is seeking a passionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated Spa Concierge who has a profound interest in hospitality and wellness, a strong desire to build industry knowledge, and a drive to meet the highest standards in our profession. The Spa Concierge’s main responsibilities are:

• 
  Greeting of all guests, answering phone calls, assisting guests with questions regarding spa services and products, booking appointments, checking the guest into the computer system, and charging for services performed.
• Responsible for closing the sale on retail products to guests. They are responsible for maintaining the retail area of the spa in a clean and orderly manner and should be knowledgeable of the features and benefits of all retail offerings and promotions.
• Understand how to effectively recommend products to meet the needs of our guests.

Required knowledge, skills, and abilities:

• 
  Excellent oral and written communication.
• Friendly, warm, and welcoming when speaking with internal and external guests.
• Organized, detail oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred qualifications:

• 
  One year of experience in customer service is desirable.
• Ability to work without direct supervision.
• Ability to maintain a flexible schedule according to the needs of the position and the demands of business including some weekends and holidays.
