We are seeking a skilled and experienced Solar Journeyman Electrician to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing solar power systems, including solar panels, inverters, and batteries. You will work with a team of professionals to ensure that our clients receive high-quality solar energy systems that meet their needs and expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair solar power systems for residential and commercial customers.
• Perform electrical work, including wiring and electrical component installation.
• Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with applicable safety codes and regulations.
• Work with customers to troubleshoot and diagnose any issues with their solar power systems.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Responsible for the installation of photovoltaic systems (Roofing and/or construction experience preferred.
• Fastening aluminum racking systems to support the solar modules.
• Handling and fastening of solar modules

Requirements:

• Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent certification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in solar installation and maintenance
• Experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of solar power systems
• Proficient in electrical wiring and conduit work
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical diagrams and blueprints
• Work comfortably on construction sites in various weather conditions and environments.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and reliable method of transportation
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical diagrams
• Familiarity with solar inverters, solar panels, and mounting hardware
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor environments
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation
