SOFTWARE DEVELOPER ASSOCIATE
SOUTHERN FARM BUREAU CASUALTY INSURANCE COMPANY is seeking an individual to fill the position of Software Developer Associate. Position will be based in Little Rock, Arkansas.
SUMMARY: The position is responsible for learning development products, tools, practices and procedures for providing development support on low complexity projects. Develops new programs and/or maintains existing programs commensurate with skill level of entry level developer.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field with preference given to those with a GPA of 2.8 or higher. Ability to work and complete assignments under direct supervision
Possess knowledge and understanding of at least one of the following programming languages: Java, HTML, VB.Net, C#, SQL. Knowledge of mobile application development, COBOL programming or financial related course work a definite plus.
This is a “hybrid”, entry level work position with growth potential.

Pay: $44,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
