About the Role
As part of a brand new team, the Social media content creator will be creating and curating imagery and engaging content across all social media platforms, they will have the opportunity to help drive the social media channels in a rapidly growing market and also work with outside vendors and internal departments to ensure optimization of business model.

- Responsible for live publishing during key sporting events to capitalize on engagement in social media platforms such as Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook
- Concept, design, and execute high-quality content across all relevant social and digital channels.
- Produce and design all social content (copy and visuals)
- Strategize for growth of engagement and following on Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook
- Strong knowledge of sports/betting and up-to-date on all trending and breaking news
- Propose real-time content based on social media trends and relevant social conversations
- Curate and develop channel-specific content that drives engagement and reach while maintaining brand voice
- Create engaging social media content (including photos/video, GIFs, Instagram stories) to illustrate brand messaging, marketing initiatives, and product promotions
- Primary point of contact with our social media customer service department overseeing all outbound messaging and daily workflow with marketing
- Work closely with and provide analysis and key data to social team from the trading team using different product tools
Essential Functions
- Must be able to stand or sit and operate computers and other technological devices for extended periods of time
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred in related field
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Creative, out-of-the-box thinker
- Experience using social platforms in a professional capacity and creating engaging content
- BA/BS required
- Self-starter
- Knowledgeable and passionate sports fan/sports bettor

Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. The position is also eligible for an annual bonus.
