Position Summary:

This position is responsible for social media moderation during weeknights and weekends in alignment with the Inspire brand voice. This includes:

• Providing timely, empathetic, and informed responses to social media messages
• Creating and fostering community through social media groups
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends in both social and digital spheres to uncover insights

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Closely monitor all Inspire owned social media channels and respond or escalate as needed
• Work part-time (up to 25 hour a week) on weeknights and most weekends
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to share insights with industry trends in both social and digital spheres to uncover insights and positively influence our consumers
• Track, measure, and audit social media KPIs
• Create unique content and processes to engage consumer audiences within social media communities

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with posting on social media
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Working toward (or already completed) a four-year degree in marketing, communications, journalism, English, or business.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with social media specific software (e.g. Sprout Social, Sprinklr, etc.)
