Equity Staffing has a new Office Clerk position available with a reputable company in Milwaukee, supporting Trucking and Transportation operations! ASAP hiring need and great fit for candidates with recent Clerical experience supporting either Shipping/Receiving or Trucking/Transportation operations!
$17.00/hr.

Mon - Fri, 7:00am - 1:30pm
Job Location: Milwaukee (Capitol Heights area)
Main Duties:
- Responsible for daily shipping, dispatching and order taking of shipments to ensure our customers receive quality product and on-time deliveries
- Serve as a focal point for the business to interact with customers and trucking companies for daily outbound shipments
- Use computer system (JWS) to produce dispatch tickets for individual shipments
- Weigh trucks
- Use JWS computer system to product dispatch tickets for individual shipments
- Supporting weighing operations for est. 200 trucks with outbound shipments per day
- Ensure that no truck leaves overloaded
- Assist Main scale operator with sending shipping tickets to individual trucks after weighing out
Qualifications:
- Previous clerical support experience for Shipping/Receiving or Trucking/Transportation
- General computer and technology skills
- Effective communication skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to effectively navigate stressful situations in a professional manner
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
