When Michael Valerio’s family emigrated from Italy to Boston, they brought along authentic Italian family recipes handed down through generations. These were the recipes Michael and his wife, Helen, used when they opened their first pizzeria, Piece O' Pizza, in East Boston in 1961. This restaurant soon became known throughout Boston as the place to go for the best, most authentic pizza around. In 1968, they changed the name to Papa Gino's and started to expand throughout Boston.

As a Shift Leader:
This is the first step into leadership at our company. You assist the General Manager in the restaurant operation in a manner that will achieve guest satisfaction, maintain a friendly and enthusiastic work environment while achieving company profit objectives by coaching and mentoring the team.
Keep in mind that this is the basic information and you will learn more after you apply. Certain age restrictions will apply to the type of equipment you can handle, if the restaurant serves beer/wine and you must be 18 years of age to be a delivery driver and a minimum of 15 (16 in NH) years old to be a team member.
