Due to continued growth and expansion, new opportunities are available for experienced Residential Title Closers – Settlement Agents in our Philadelphia area offices.

A Regional Title Insurance Agency has opportunities for experienced and professional Settlement Agents - Closers to conduct Residential closing transactions.

Requirements include excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills with clients, co-workers, realtors, banking professionals and other vendors; capacity to be a high contributor in a team-oriented environment. Knowledge of final CD and HUD preparation required.

Successful incumbents provide excellent customer service for our clients and partners. They have the ability to manage a full workload of files with minimal supervision. Ability to shift gears in a dynamic environment is necessary.

Must have proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects under deadline constraints. Organized and punctual multi-taskers with strong organizational skills are ideal candidates.

Great analytical and problem-solving capacities; SoftPro and Title Express experience is preferred. Proficiency with MS Office Excel, Word and document management software to organize electronic files.

Knowledge and experience with conveyancing, recording and post-closing processes are vital for success. PA and NJ Notary certification is preferred, paralegal accreditation is helpful.

Responsibilities include directing, attending and conducting closings; managing funding, disbursements and issues that arise prior to or during closings in order to ensure smooth transaction meetings.
