Position Description:
Job Title: ServiceNow Engineer (exp with Virtual Agent)
Location: Dallas, TX or Tustin, CA (candidate willing to relocate accepted)
Duration: 6+ Months
Work hours: Central Time Zone (can start at 7am in the West Coast as needed) with possible OT.
Job Description:
ServiceNow Virtual Agent Skill Set includes:
Experience in configuring the Service Portal chat for Virtual Agent,
Branding Virtual Agent,
Enabling the out of the box conversations,
Configuring the out of the box topic blocks and topics,
Customizing the out of the box topic blocks and topics,
Creating topic blocks and topics,
Experience in scripting to call APIs,
Integrating virtual agent with MS Teams,
Integrating virtual agent with non-ServiceNow applications,
Using scripting to call API to get the data for Virtual Agent
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
