Floyd's is searching for a full-time Service Writer that's a good communicator, able to troubleshoot, computer friendly and be our customer's go-to person for scheduling heavy truck parts orders in our Casper dealership. You will become a dependable face and first point-of-contact inside our heavy truck service facility.

Education
High school diploma or the equivalent.

Job-Specific Expectations

• Talk with customers and complete work orders for service technicians.
• Develop relationships with our service technicians.
• Make suggestions regarding specific service and parts that may be needed.
• Provide cost information required for repair orders.
• Manage work-in-progress system and manage /log job activity.
• Work directly with the Service manager.
• Work with multiple customers at once.
• Keep customer lists up to date.
• Work with customers to determine service needs.
• Take in customer telephone calls courteously and promptly.
• Become familiar with computer systems and sfotware as necessary.
