KAAST Machine Tools is a rapidly growing international machine tool distributor.
We offer sales and service of high-quality CNC and conventional chip making equipment such as mills, lathes, saws, and grinders. KAAST also offers a complete line of fabricating equipment including press brakes, shears, angle and plate rolls, plasma and waterjet.
We are looking for a Service Technician for our Aldan, PA warehouse with the following skills:
· Electrical/Electronic knowledge
· Ability to read schematics
· Familiar with Microsoft Office
· Troubleshooting experience
· Machine tool knowledge preferably including chip-making and forming
· Good driving record
· Experience with CNC/hydraulic/electrical/mechanical systems and the ability to read blueprints
Tasks and Responsibilities:
· Hands on maintenance of warehouse including, loading dock, equipment, spare parts, and supplies.
· Review written inspection reports on each machine and confirm Ready to Ship.
· Assist uncrating new machines, powering up, running electrical, and performing full tests of all capabilities to ensure proper functioning upon arrival to our facility.
· Preparation of machines for shipping to end-users.
· Scheduling and prioritizing service calls and trips.
· Ensure that all service calls are answered quickly, clearly, and correctly while utilizing the company CRM to track and report all service calls and solutions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $100,000.00 per year
