The Opportunity

Renewal by Andersen is currently hiring for a Service Purchasing Associate!

Renewal by Andersen is a division of Andersen Corporation – the largest and most recognized window brand in the United States. We are the company’s exclusive start-to-finish window and patio door replacement team.

Job Responsibilities

• Answer incoming service department inquiries
• Create invoices for service packets
• Manage service stock levels and order as needed
• Submit warranties and calculate product cost
• Update customers on product orders and arrival dates
• Track service reorders, billables and non-billables
• Update status of service tickets
• Maintain service inventory log and tracker
• Organize and maintain service files
• Call 1-2 days before service visit to confirm
• Input payments in the system
• Enter accurate notes and log each customer contact in the system

Experience/Requirements

• Experience in customer service
• Maintain high level of organization
• Ability to complete projects and assignments accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in office technology
• Ability to prioritize, plan and coordinate with resources to accomplish work objectives
