As a Service Coordinator, you are responsible for answering, responding to, and meeting the needs of all incoming customer service calls. You play a critical role in the Service Center's performance and ability to schedule and communicate with both the Field Service Technicians and our customers.

Responsibilities include:

• Handling all incoming customer calls for service including dispatching, tracking, and scheduling of calls, job status tracking and call changes, and handling general inquiries.
• Conducting weekly service paperwork reconciliation, including timesheet data entry.
• Creating and dispatching work orders daily for scheduling of planned maintenance and service, including procuring parts and/or materials for service work orders.
• Providing service quotes to customers with the assistance of the Service Manager.
• Other tasks as needed or requested.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of customer service or related experience
• Superb interpersonal and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent attention to detail, including the ability to successfully juggle multiple projects at one time
• Demonstrated ability to apply computer technology and software in day-to-day tasks, including Microsoft Office projects such as Excel

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
