Job Responsibilities:

• Liaison between the customers and technicians
• Constant communication with customer over the phone & in person
• Constant communication with technicians to ensure proper services.
• Vehicle parts and service knowledge
• Opening repair orders and invoicing…closing repair orders and taking payments

Required Experience:

• The ideal candidate will have 2 years car or truck advisor experience, but we are flexible to train the right person!
• Computer and organizational skills
• Invoicing and vehicle knowledge
• Ability to work in extremely fast-paced environment
• Experience with fleets a plus
• Bi-Lingual in Spanish a PLUS
• CDK Experience strongly preferred
