We are looking for experienced Servers to join our team here at Carrollwood Country Club. We are interested in Full-time, Part-Time, and On-call situations.
Carrollwood Country Club is a private country club in the heart of Carrollwood. We pride ourselves on developing lasting relationships with our members here at the club. With a polished casual concept in the dining room as well as 4 banquet rooms. With Banquet season approaching quickly, we are looking for candidates with job experience, but will train candidates with limited experience and a can do attitude. All who apply must fit the following criteria:
-punctual
-clean cut
-can do attitude
-team player
-1 year current, prior experience serving
-drug free
-banquet experience a plus
-previous country club experience a plus
What you can expect from us here is a schedule that is flexible. Scheduling is based upon performance and not seniority. Only a handful of late nights per year. Great base pay plus a tip-share and extra gratuities. Access to our 27 holes of golf, tennis courts, olympic swimming pool and splash pad.
