Serves are responsible for promptly greeting guests, serving drinks within 2 minutes of greeting a table, monitor refills throughout the dining experience, take order and repeat back to Guest to ensure accuracy, serve the food by course, checking back to make sure everything is perfect, pre-bus down to glassware and be check ready. Servers are also encouraged to upsell through the various add-ons we offer at Carmine’s. Servers are also responsible for working as a team to ensure tables are re-set when there is not a Busser available. General responsibilities include ensuring condiments at the table are re-stocked, ensuring the tables are clean and re-set, sweeping the general floor(s), re-stocking glasswar
