What You'll Contribute
The HRIS Reporting Senior Analyst will be responsible for leading reporting and analytics projects to help realize the full potential of our HRIS platforms and data assets. The primary system supported is Workday. This role will design and build operational, advanced, and dashboard reporting and lead the reporting and analytics workstream for HR. The senior analyst may also serve as a mentor to junior team members.
This role is open to either hybrid or remote employees
What You'll Do
  • Collaborates with system users and stakeholders to evaluate current reporting capabilities, functional work requirements and recommends solutions for automating and enhancing reporting and integrations supported by technology. Challenges current practices and where appropriate, proposes more efficient and effective alternatives
  • Guide, communicate and educate internally on Workday capabilities and limitations including new release management
  • Anticipates, plans, creates and executes reporting landscape, and troubleshoots issues resulting from enhancements, configuration changes thorough understanding of the functional process and data
  • Develops written technical requirements when implementing a new system, enhancing an existing system, creating reports, or addressing production issues
  • Develops, executes, and documents audit and quality control reporting for maintaining data integrity and security of HR systems
  • Plans, executes, and manages multiple HR related reporting assets including functional dashboards, executive reporting, and integration reports
  • Keeps the department apprised of system reporting assets and provides training where necessary
  • Assists in prioritizing the enhancements and fixes that are needed
  • Performs other duties and/or projects, as assigned

What You Have
  • 5+ years' experience with HRIS reporting with Workday experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree , or equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong technical and working knowledge of HRIS systems, applications, theory and practice.
  • Working knowledge of system development methodology and data governance principles.
  • Self-starter with ability to simultaneously manage and organize multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with and gather requirements from end users.
  • Ability to use sound judgment and discretion regarding confidential information.
