We are seeking a Senior Workday Analyst on a contract basis to support their business needs. This role is 100% remote .
What You’ll Do:
Serve as a key point of contact for the business on Workday inquiries and projects to support the expansion of our Workday footprint
Act as an escalation point and resource to the members of the Workday Team
Act as a partner to the business to identify their needs and translate them into well-defined requirements that will facilitate effective configurations and insightful reporting that conform to best practices
Lead the implementation of process improvements that create efficiencies, reduce error, and streamline processes
Execute the full range of HRIS functions including business process configuration, system enhancements, security administration, reporting, as well as training and communication
Coordinate timely root cause analysis and drive resolution for Workday and related functions
Identify and recommend areas to simplify, standardize and improve Workday setup and underlying processes
Process mass uploads/EIBs for large data updates and reorganizations as needed
Must Haves:
5+ years of hands-on Workday experience
Experience in project management, gathering requirements, and change management
Experience in most of the following modules: core HCM, time tracking, absence management, benefits, advanced compensation, and performance management
Excellent knowledge of HR/People processes and best practices
Experience with Workday Extend and/or Talent Optimization preferred
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Ability to perform in fast-paced, high-pressure situations
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Hours & Location:
M-F, 40 hours/week. This role will be 100% remote .
