This is a highly focused position for a self-motivated individual with the ability to identify and implement improvements in Supply Chain process and procedures. Support BI with training and executing reports. Support BPI teams as needed with data and data analysis.

Essential Duties

• Prepare and/or present accurate reporting for the logistics department.
• Maintains an adequate level of communication (verbal and written) to ensure efficiency within the logistics department, and other departments/divisions.
• Create and generate BI reports when requested for the logistics department.
• Effectively collaborate cross-functionally amongst departments within the enterprise.
• Proficient on AS400 (Dynamic AX in future) including query, inventory, sales, delivery techniques
• Support OTR fleet payroll process.
• Manage process improvement to maximize department efficiency.
• Work closely with the OTR team to create profitable freight lanes for the enterprise.
• Provide truckload pricing to our vendors and customers that maintains fleet profitability metrics.
• Other duties as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.S.) from four-year college or university; or three to five years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Supply Chain knowledge preferred
• Ability to synthesize data into information, and information into knowledge
• Ability to influence positive change within the department
• Ability to maintain pace of activities related to job
