Senior Project Manager - SCADA Job at EmBark Staffing
EmBark IT Staffing is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a LONG TERM contract engagement. This individual will be required to work on-site 2-3 days per week to ensure delivery on highly visible projects.
Job Requirements
- Ability to Lead IT/OT Infrastructure Capital Projects using PMO process and artifacts
- Ability to understand the technology for network routing, switching, firewalls, remote access, and other LAN and WAN technologies
- Ability to understand the SCADA communication and some knowledge of SmartGrid , ADMS/ OMS .
- Ability to gather functional and non-functional requirements to ensure solution meet the organization's business requirements
- Ability to analyze stakeholder requirements and engage technical resources from Shared services team to build out ROM estimates.
- Ability to define and manage project scope with stakeholder, EPC Vendor and IT/OT technical resources
- Ability to build out schedule with prioritization of tasks and resourcing commitments from Shared Services team ( Business/Vendor , IT and OT)
- Ability to drive project deliverables , manage Risk , Issue escalation , meeting minutes and apply project management practices.
- Ability to define set of success criteria with stakeholder, EPC Vendor and technical resources
- Ability to provide project status update along with budget updates (Spend to date and forecast to complete).
- Ability to drive change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the project
- Ability to drive Transition to operational documentation and Production change readiness group engagement.
- Ability to drive Service Management tool update discussion with stakeholder group for new services onboard (if any)
- Ability to build consensus on Operational Handbook including Post-Go Live support RACI matrix sign-off from Shared Service leads ( Business/ Site /Vendor, IT and OT).
- Ability to build consensus for Go or NO-GO decision making process.
- Ability to drive project deliverables sign-off and closures.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
