Position Details
Location: Charlotte, NC (Some flexibility on location exists for the right candidate)
Compensation: $115K + Bonus Potential
Shift or Travel: Moderate travel about 30% overnight, 6-9 nights a month. There will be a mix between that and working from home or within driving distance from home.

This position will involve developing and coordinating functional testing of multi-stack equipment and multi-redundant system configurations within a trade. You will review criteria, specifications, drawings, equipment submittals, and other documentation pertinent to commissioning. Responsibilities will include:
- Write and administer Commissioning Plans, and Systems Manuals consistent with company format.
- Participate in / Ensure / Oversee QA/QC process for your work and the work of others.
- Assist senior commissioning engineer or project manager in the on-going determination of project scheduling requirements, staffing requirements, and project budgets.
- Perform construction administration and field investigation tasks for assigned projects including conducting field inspections and subsequent detailed inspection reports?
- A technical 4-year BS degree is required.
- Experience including commissioning or designing of large?Mechanical?systems for industrial, datacenter, pharmaceutical processes, or laboratory clean rooms. Your technical strengths must be complemented by self-motivation, relationship building skills, and effective communication skills.
- Strong Mechanical commissioning experience is acceptable. Key is to have actually done commissioning work, writing scripts, developing SOPs, MOPs, performing testing on heavy Mission Critical systems etc.
