Job Title: Senior LIMS Developer

Seeking: A highly talented and creative Senior LIMS developer with experience in the healthcare space.

• Creators of the first Laboratory Information System (LIS) as a SaaS solution within the diagnostic laboratory space.

Desired Skills

• 5+ years’ experience in the configuration and customization of a Laboratory Information Management System.
• Bachelor or higher degree desired but not necessary.
• Strong experience developing web applications using current technologies such as JavaScript, C#.NET, and SQL.
• Strong experience in reading/understanding and writing complex SQL queries
• requires a strong skillset in reviewing, analyzing and modifying systems including coding, testing, debugging and installing to support application systems built in C#, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Experience with sample tracking and processing, data collection, data processing, data reporting, instrument and software integration, and end-to-end data workflows as it relates to a diagnostic laboratory environment.
• Experience with Cloud Solutions and database development
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and task management skills
• Knowledge of Web Application Server administration and configuration
• General working knowledge of insurance billing

Job Responsibilities

• Design, configure, customize, develop, update, and maintain proprietary LIS solutions and other software platforms to meet business requirements.
• Set up, monitoring, and partitioning of servers.
• Assist in software development/coding (back end)
• Assist in Front end development
• Custom code designed for intuitive, user-friendly experience

• Development in accordance with guidelines for Company protocols for scalability, performance, reliability, and security.

• Verify database and data integrity.
• troubleshoot software application issues
• Assist in managing third party applications
• Work closely with LIS users for the purpose of customer service, training, and customized development projects.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and identify modifications needed to meet changing LIS user requirements.
• Provides status updates and collaborates with LIS stakeholders on assigned tasks and projects.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $85,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sherman Oaks, CA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Sherman Oaks, CA
