Specific responsibilities will include:

· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education with at least 10 years of experience

· Assesses critical business issues and designs organization development and strategic plans to enhance company performance. Leads and provides guidance for organizational effectiveness and design, as well as change management efforts

· Facilitates design and implementation of reengineering and/or reorganization efforts

Basic Qualifications:

· Demonstrated Organizational Effectiveness experience including leading large-scale organizational design projects, team effectiveness, change management for large-scale projects and leadership intervention

· Intermediate or above proficiency using Microsoft Office & other related products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, etc.)

· Strong project management, organization skills and research skills with the ability to deliver timely, quality products; Ability to develop and manage project plans that ensure flawless execution

· Strong analytical skills as demonstrated by the ability to problem solve and recommend creative solutions. Exhibits a solutions-based focus and has the ability to translate decisions into easily understood explanations

· Strong interpersonal skills demonstrated by the ability to establish and maintain strong networks and relationships; ability to influence without position power

· Demonstrates initiative – willing to take new tasks; is proactive in completing deliverables

· Attention to detail

· Experience delivering executive-level presentations and business cases

Desired skills :

· Previous Organizational Effectiveness experience including organizational design, team effectiveness, change management and leadership intervention

· Solid oral and written communications skills as evidenced through briefings to leadership and employee communications

· Strong consultative skills exemplified by the ability to ask appropriate questions to identify unstated needs with internal clients
