The Raritan Bay Area YMCA is currently accepting applications for a Senior Case Manager of Homeless Services for the Y's Center for Support, Success, and Prosperity.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic urban, growing organization, just 5 miles west of New York City in the waterfront city of Perth Amboy, NJ. The Raritan Bay Area YMCA has served the ever-evolving needs of our community since 1912. We enthusiastically serve over 5,000 members in the Raritan Bay area in our community building initiatives through Healthy Living, Youth Development, and Social Responsibility.
Under the guidance of the VP of Social Responsibility the Senior Case Manager of Homeless Services is responsible to oversee and support the work of 2 -3 case workers; develop plans and identify family and individual strengths and needs; provide information on community resources and facilitate access to resources; follow-up on referrals through the HMIS system to ensure that linkages are successful; and support interventions in everyday practical experiences of all we serve.

Requirements:- Master's Degree in Social Work or related field preferred, or BA in social work, counseling, or related field; plus 3-5 years experience
- Lived experience - encouraged to apply
- Experience supervising others
- Bilingual- English/Spanish both oral and written.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and online client information management systems
Hours: Monday - Friday: 8:30am- 4:30pm, must be flexible
