Business Line Description
The ECHO Process position provides technician-level support for ECHO Engineering and also supports Manufacturing needs. Process technicians are the first line of help for any production issues. Need to be able to work with the production floor, maintenance technicians, and Engineers to help wherever needed.

- • Dry Etch Process
- • Programming and maintaining metrology tools
Key Challenges
Sustaining ECHO production and helping Engineering develop new process’, write SWEs and train production.
- • Sustaining ECHO production needs
- • Improving current ECHO processes
- • Supporting NXP’s Quality Culture, Standardized work and 5S methodology
- • Defining tool qualification procedures for new ECHO processes
- • Improving tool utilization and availability
- • Developing and writing specifications and SWEs
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
