Job Responsibilities:
- Manager resources by planning, scheduling, and forecasting manpower requirements
- Responsible for managing all client interaction
- Managing a total project value of 2-3+million
- Accountable for managing financials effectively
- Manage schedule to ensure each project is complete by deadline
- Responsible for documents control including RFIs, punch list, meeting notes, transmittal log, and change order log
- Knowledge of access control, video surveillance, and security systems
- Organized, proactive, positive, can effectively communicate with customers and internal resources
- High focus on customer service and satisfaction
