Our contracts cover a wide range of duties including patrol, on-site security, exclusive events, and executive protection.

Security Guards are primarily responsible for perimeter and access control. Our Guards will ensure guests and employees feel secure and welcomed everyday.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal and written skills
• Professional appearance; well groomed with no visible tattoos or piercings
• Ability to effectively communicate
• Customer Service experience

Requirements:

• Be a minimum of 18 years of age
• Eligibility to work in the United States
• Current California Guard Card
• Maintain grooming and uniform standards at all times
• Ability to stand and walk for majority of shift on various surfaces (concrete, carpet, etc.)
• Excellent time management skills
• High School Diploma (or equivalent)
• Reliable form of transportation
• Basic computer and smart phone proficiency

Security Guard Duties May Include:

• Perimeter / Access control
• Maintain a detailed on-duty activity log
• Maintain grooming and uniform standards at all times
• Adhere to company standards while interacting with the public, clients, and emergency responders
• Ability to work independently or as part of a small group to resolve urgent issues
• Process oriented with high attention to detail, and triage a problem quickly providing precise/clear information while working under minimum supervision.
• Check vehicles and individuals on premises after hours
• Search properties for trespassers or suspicious activities
• Investigate any potential safety issues or vandalism
• Maintain a good working relationship with local law enforcement agencies
• Deter or prevent any criminal activity or unacceptable conduct
• Address any additional client concerns
• Maintain vigilance while protecting client's assets
