2nd Shift 2p-10p
This individual will need to be able to train on our first shift for at least 4-6 weeks.
$65k - $70k Depending on experience
Looking for an individual who is motivated and hands-on; well-organized and detail oriented. The candidate should be both a leader and a team player, and committed to achieving great results. Starting rate will be based on experience.

The position requires the following:
- Previous supervisory experience required.
- The ability to direct, plan, and oversee the daily production of 35-40 electrical harness assemblers.
- Ability to be hands-on when needed and to train other employees effectively.
- Background and experience in the electrical, electronic or wiring harness industry preferred.
- Ability to read and understand specifications helpful.
- Working knowledge of assembling, blocking, taping, tubing, heat shrink, soldering, and elements of wire harness assembling preferred.
- Good communication skills.
- Possible Overtime when needed.
