Job Definition: Licensed or provisionally licensed (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) therapist needed for part time/full time outpatient therapy position working with children and adolescents in a school and community setting for Chapel Hill/Carrboro, Orange County, and/or Chatham County Schools.

Services include, but are not limited to, the following services:

• Individual counseling and support to occur mainly during school hours.
• Group counseling and support to occur mainly during school hours
• Family counseling, training or support, to occur before or after school hours
• Initial intake and Comprehensive Clinical Assessment
• Case management and care coordination required to include: monthly CFT meetings, attendance at school-based MH meetings, and regular communication with school personnel, teachers, and school counselors, other duties as assigned
• Community-based sessions depending on needs of families and clients served
• Electronic documentation submitted within 24 hours of services rendered

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters degree in human service related field
• Provisional or full licensure as one of the following: LPC, LCSW, LMFT
• providing mental health services to children and adolescents
• Competency with individual, group, and family therapy
• Credentialed with Cardinal Innovations Healthcare and Blue Cross Blue Shield
• In NCTRACK
• Professional Liability Insurance

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

• Previous training and experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
• Familiarity with working with children and adolescents
• Location: This position is primarily school and community-based, and clinicians will be assigned to schools within Chatham or Orange County
• Must consent to a criminal background check
