The ideal candidate will have:
- A background in a manufacturing high speed environment
- Ability to identify and understand issues, problems and opportunities. Lean manufacturing & ISO experience strongly preferred;
Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
- Monitor the required inventory levels of raw materials/components as necessary to meet customer requirements, and work with purchasing as needed to ensure proper raw material stock levels to meet customer committed manufacturing schedule
- Communicate between production staff, sales staff and logistics staff with priorities, needs, concerns, and deviations from production plan
- Assist with production activities to meet manufacturing objectives in timely and cost-effective manner;
