Summary/Objective
The Sanitation associate performs routine cleaning & heavy cleaning work of buildings and grounds.

1. Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, washing walls and glass, and removing trash.
2. Duties include tending to the warehouse and surrounding grounds.
3. Perform routine maintenance activities, and notifying management of need for repairs.
4. Restock all office and cleaning supplies.
5. Clean bathrooms, kitchen, sinks, cubes, desks, etc.

Education and Experience Required
- High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
- 1-2 years of previous maintenance experience (Preferred).
- Ability to use hand tools and trades type tools.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Moderate overtime and occasional weekend work may be required throughout the year.
- Regularly required to bend, kneel, stoop, crawl, climb ladders both caged and un-caged, as well as stairs and other equipment.
- Continually required to stand and walk.
- Ability to lift up to 25-50 pounds routinely.
Pay rate - 16.25
The salary range offered for this position is a good faith description of the expected salary range this role will pay. ODW Logistics, Inc. reserves the right to pay more or less than the stated range, depending on individual circumstances, as salaries are based on a variety of factors such as experience, geography, etc.
