About the Job

Reporting to the Launch & Integrated Marketing Director, you'll own the entire customer lifecycle from initial interest to reacquisition and deliver against CLTV goals. To start, you'll focus on the full lifecycle Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) implementation and integrated solutions including other SFMC ecosystem technologies and cloud-based marketing solutions. As we evolve our product portfolio, this role will provide strategic direction on our approach to personalization and segmentation at scale. This role will also partner closely with Product and the Sales & Support teams on ways to improve our customers' experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and evolve Thriveworks' cross-channel customer lifecycle strategy; deliver on a roadmap that increases customer retention, lifetime value, and satisfaction
  • Partner with Clinician Recruitment, Growth, Sales, Support, Creative, Product and IT to deliver fully orchestrated experiences across on-site, ads, email, in-app, SMS, and sales/support channels
  • Work with Product and IT teams to conceptualize, execute, and measure the impact of features to improve the customer experience and drive customer growth (upsell, retention)
  • Evangelize a culture of testing and optimization, develop our testing strategy, and share best practices
  • Evolve our lifecycle tech stack to deliver world-class and cost-effective customer experiences
  • Act as a key advisor or project lead on new cross-functional customer initiatives ranging from product launches to launching new channels, to evolving Thriveworks' client experience
  • End-to-end ownership of our email & SMS marketing program from strategy, concepting, building and delivering emails, audience selection and segmentation, suppressions, trigger qualification, building journeys, and other email and SMS-related responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist and/or Consultant (highly desirable)
  • Minimum of 3 years as a power user of Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Detailed experience working hands-on in Marketing Cloud implementations, ideally involving integrations with Salesforce core and other platforms
  • Technical understanding of SFMC's data extension architecture as well as integration and automation capabilities
  • Knowledge of and ability to write SQL/AMPscript to deploy dynamic content, IP Warming, and other key concepts to deploy effective marketing solutions
  • Ability to design customer journeys, and associated data models. Extensive experience with Marketing Cloud Studios & Builders, most importantly Email Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder and Automation Studio, and ideally also Cloud Pages and Mobile Studio
  • Naturally analytical with ability to translate data into actionable insights & strategies
  • Fluent in articulating SFMC product capabilities to both business and technical audiences
  • Experience working in Healthcare industry (highly desirable)
