Responsibilities:
-
Ensure the Sales Team adopt and represent our core values
-
Keep the energy level high in the showroom, encouraging and assisting Brand Specialist sales
-
Assist new and used car sales associates in closing sales
-
Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
-
Provide support to the sales staff and close deals
-
Coach salespeople on standard methodologies for closing deals and provide mentorship to improve sales performance
-
Set sales goals, track progress, and lead team to achieve and exceed those quotas
-
Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles
-
Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals

Develop future sales managers and professionals through job growth, training, development and performance

Help generate a team environment

Provide guidance, support and motivation to ensure employees are maximizing their ability and growth potential

Maintain a positive and ethical working relationship with all employees and customers
Requirements:
-
Must have previous car sales experience
-
Must have previous car sales team lead experience
-
Comfortable with compensation based on commission sales
-
Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday

Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections & negotiating pricing
-
Have quality customer service skills
-
Possess strong communication skills
-
Must have a clean and valid driver’s license

Must be willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employment
