Job Description
We are currently seeking a self-motivated, organized, enthusiastic individual to provide full-time administrative support to our sales office in Anna Maria. This position is primarily Monday through Friday; some weekends are required during occasional sales events and boat shows.
Basic job duties include:
- Greet customers in office and distribute incoming sales calls to appropriate sales professional(s)
- Prepare monthly sales calendar for sales team
- Create sales meeting agendas for monthly meetings and create meeting calendar invites
- Assist in the overall organization of multiple sales professionals
- Input and update sales listings on various website portals
- Ensure all required listing documents are current and maintained on file for all listings (USCG, FL registration, warranty verification, LLC docs etc.)
- Conduct strategy sessions with sales professionals to brainstorm initiatives to market listings, increase lead activity etc.
- Assist sales professionals with Hubspot (CRM) i.e.; inputting new contacts, preparing reports, communicate customer activity and prospect inquiries (work with Marketing team)
- Liaison between sales and marketing team (communicate/relay marketing opportunities to sales professionals)
- Support sales professionals with marketing projects and listing presentations for customers
- Prepare promotional e-mails
- Perform boat show preparations i.e.; listing preparations, customer ticket requests, tracking lead activity etc.
- Perform comparative market analysis for sales professionals
- Distribute, store, and catalog all new brand manufacture brochures for internal and external use
- Assist sales professionals with compiling pending deal packages to submit for closing
- Assist sales professionals with coordinating in-house photoshoots for listings
- Assist with maintaining office supplies, presentation and cleanliness
- Coordinate and assist with local events for your location
- Organize office operations and procedures
Qualifications
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word
- Excellent computer skills and technically savvy
- Professionalism is a must
- Must possess strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and take direction from multiple sources
- Attention to detail is a must
- Background in sales and marketing preferred
- Knowledge of the boating industry is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
