As our Sales Representative, you will be the leader and champion in developing and growing sales in Northern Indiana.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Prospect and establish new business with new and existing customers.
- Handle any and all technical issues with customers.
- Handle all customer quality issues with the product.
- Handle any logistic issues with customers such as filling trucks for on time deliveries.
- Provide information to the plant on all customer and competitors.
- Provide customers with assistance on any product that must be run at other customers.
- Regular and predictable attendance.
- Stay up to date on all industry training.
- Stay up to date on all safety training.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma
- 3 – 5+ years of Sales Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
- Demonstrate ability to build, implement, and manage sales programs.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Professional communication skills both written and verbally.
- Good math Skills
- Good computer Skills.
- Strong team player.
- Ability to travel.
