Sales Representative Job at Atrium Wine Brokers, Inc.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Brand Ambassador to be one of the faces of our company in California, and promote our boutique and niche wines. We at Atrium Wine Brokers pride ourselves on the selection and quality of our wineries that we represent, and are looking for someone to join our team with the same type of enthusiasm. Our goal is to build Brand awareness by educating and tasting these products with buyers from restaurants, country clubs, resorts, wine bars, and retail shops throughout California. We are currently seeking Sales Representatives in Palos Verdes to Playa Del Rey (South Bay Region) respectively.
You will be required to actively seek out and engage customer prospects, in the form of new retail and restaurant locations. If you enjoy communicating with customers both online and offline, we would like to meet you. To be a successful Sales Representative, you will need to attend wine tastings and/or team meetings, both in person or via Zoom. Ultimately, you should be able to increase our company’s brand awareness and generate new sales opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Hired as an independent contractor & will need reliable transportation, as position is fully remote and requires travel
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Network and build trusting relationships with potential customers
- Thoroughly understand our products and services to inform potential customers
- Use word-of-mouth marketing techniques, like referring our company to friends
- Track customers’ preferences and suggest advertising and positioning ideas
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Skills
- Proven work experience as a Wine Sales Representative, Brand Ambassador, or similar role in hospitality
- Love for wine and the desire to learn
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- An outgoing, friendly personality, and a desire to meet new people
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $50,000.00 - $96,000.00 per year
Schedule:
