Our Sales Protege program is made for individuals who are seeking continued growth and entrepreneurship. We are looking for sales-oriented and driven individuals who are committed to their personal success and professional growth.
As a Sales Professional within our program, you’ll join our tenured staff in achieving daily team goals, personal goals, building strong relationships with clients and learning everything you need to know to be your own Insurance Agent within 8-12 months.
As our new hire, we’ll invest in your success. Through strong training and mentorship, we have room for you to advance in your career and grow within our organization. We invest in your insurance education from start to finish from sales training to obtaining every insurance license needed. We want you to WIN!
You can expect $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year with Salary + commission + bonuses combined.
Responsibilities – A Day in the life
- Achieve and exceed new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
- Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
- Maintain knowledge of new products.
- Create client relationships with new and existing customers.
- Create relationships from a cold start and be able to handle customer rejection.
Requirements – Our expectations
- Strong Interest in a sales career – Sales experience is a plus but not required
- Be willing to obtain your Property & Casualty license.
- Have an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
- Strong commitment to success and achieving goals
- Great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- U.S. Work authorization (Required)
