HERE IS WHAT THE JOB REQUIRES:

• Assisting the Comfort Consultants (Outside Sales) with scheduling free quotes for equipment. These leads are generated by the Technicians while servicing the customer’s home or by the individual calling in requests. (No cold calling. These appointments are requested). Industry leading booking software for scheduling appointments.
• Following up with the customer regarding the appointments with the Comfort Consultants. Offering opportunities when the customer has yet to decide. (This is a rewards opportunity with very low sales effort. The Consultants have done the selling, this is a follow-up process which is merely assisting undecided customers to make up their minds.)
• Administrative duties in processing sales and finance processing.
• Various coordinating duties which may arise with the sales department.
• Communication between the Comfort Consultants and the customer.
• Assisting in our company wide commitment to unsurpassed customer satisfaction!
• Ability to communicate on the phone with clients and Comfort Consultants.
• Attention to detail.
