Leadership:
- Reflecting the company culture in leading and cultivating the store team.
- Hiring and training as a team
- Setting goals within the work group, modeling how we work together to accomplish goal of providing the most enjoyable vaping experience to all customers.
- Demonstrates a calm demeanor in times of high volume, and ensure a smooth experience for all customers.
- Making sure all the store operations checklist have been completed thoroughly and checklist is complete
- ensuring the best customer experience is delivered

Administration:
- Taking the bank deposits, getting proper change for tills, doing the cash audit
- Order request for Inventory and store supplies
- Overseeing proper receiving of items from warehouse, and that inventory levels are kept accurate
- Submit inventory write offs on defective products
- Using pos software along with sales reporting to maintain effective performance percentage
Shopkeeping:
- Ensure the proper restocking of products on store shelves
- upkeep within the store, and that all shopkeeping duties are done with 100% quality and completed effectively in the scheduled times.
Qualifications

- Progressively responsible retail experience
- a closely related field may substitute for a portion of the required experience
- Customer service experience

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Able to do maintain efficient store operations independently
- Working in a busy/fast paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple task at once
- Good communicator/personal skills with customers and other employees
- Talent to grow into a leadership role personnel training, coaching, and development
- Having experience with great customer service and understanding customer service goal.

Pay: $18,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
