Hourly plus commission depending on experience. Average Sales Associates earn
approximately $55k annually. Top Sales Associates earn over $80k annually.
- Experience in a luxury retail environment with a minimum of 5 years experience in Men’s
- Open availability and flexibility to work nights and weekends including holidays.
- Is punctual and adheres to designated work schedule
- Works well with peers and management to accomplish goals
- Some heavy lifting is required. Participate in the replenishment of product on the sales
- Ability to be aware of inventory/shortage concerns and communicate replenishment
- Maintain store standards (visual merchandising, product representation, displays, etc)
- Assist store team in any merchandise movement such as receiving, floor moves
- Comply with all opening and closing procedures.
- Point of sale experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills, as well as strong knowledge of the brands we carry.
- Possess the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Participate in and attend all store meetings and other related functions
- Represent a positive attitude toward the merchandise and the company.
