Sylvester, GA. We have been in business for 12 years now and plan on growing across the entire Middle and southern part of
Georgia, as well as northern part of Florida. Our business is built on a strong reputation for providing the best quality roofing and home repairs.

The Opportunity
We are a part of the best Roofing Contracting Network in the World and you have an opportunity to be part of it too! You can share and sell solutions to residential homeowners and business owners. Our roofing solutions include full & partial roof replacements, repair & replacement of roofing products such as gutters, skylights, chimney flashing, vent boots, bathroom vents, sun-tunnels, fascia & rake board replacement and structural solutions including rafter & plywood repair or replacement.

Your Contribution:

• Generate leads by door knocking, social media engagement and referrals/ word of mouth
• Climb and inspect properties for damage
• Identify damage and file claims with homeowners
• Attend meetings with Insurance Adjusters
• Make outbound calls to advertise company services
• Maintain a professional company image at all times
• Identify opportunities to improve leads
• Monitor market conditions in relation to competitors
• Build strong and successful relationships with clients

About You:

• At least a year of sales experience
• Organized with a sensible approach to meeting deadlines;
• Capacity to juggle multiple responsibilities and projects
• Good communicator, with strong dedication to excellence in customer service and relationships
• Expert at critical thinking and problem solving
• Self-motivated
• Tech savvy
• Valid driver license with clean driving record
• Physical ability to carry & climb ladders and also not afraid of heights

Your Reward:
Base salary is 100% commission 12% of contract total on self-generated leads.
