A national financial services firm located in Livingston, N.J, containing two financial consultants who openly communicate with their clients daily, and successfully grow their clients assets. Our two financial consultants are Bill Lefkowitz and Michael P Clementi, both with over 20 years of experience combined.
Sales Assistant:
Our firm is in search of an organized, capable, and trustworthy assistant with strong communication skills who will work in Livingston, NJ. The potential sales assistant position will be responsible for answering phones, maintaining client documentation, relaying information to the financial consultants, and working with our back office operations department
Responsibilities of the Sales Assistant:
- Process client administrative requests
- Account opening and maintenance
- Schedule and confirm client appointments
- Handling client accounts in matters such as name and address changes, bank authorizations, and account applications.
Experience is a plus but not required
