PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:* Unit Sales Associate Assistant position is an entry level position to provide support to the retail sales team.

• Update NVC with ad's including actual photos of unit (internet team responsible for pricing)

• Responsible for having all pre owned units online with actual photos of units

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by walking around to make sure customers are getting taken care of and turn over to sales people when free

• Help Maintain an outstanding sales floor. IE, bikes tagged, rows lined up, clean and swept, etc.

• Maintain a fully stocked sales floor, if there are holes on the floor please let the Sales Manager know immediately.

• Ascertain customers’ needs and wants and get the customer with a team member that can assist

• Welcome and greet customers, walk to their proper departments

• Keep up to date with product knowledge, complete all OEM testing as this is essential to progressing towards handling deliveries for sales customers and eventually moving to full time sales.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:* To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• Language Skills to include the ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations to clients.

• Reasoning Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.

• Regular Attendance during store hours is required to maintain the floor inventory and assist customers

• Education Requirements related sales and photography experience and/or training.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:*

• Regular attendance during normal scheduled store hours including the ability to work 9+ hours per day and the ability to work weekends.

• Frequent standing, walking and sitting

• The ability to work in a high stress environment and the ability to work under tight deadlines which may require longer/later hours as needed.

• The ability to continually engage and interact with others, including clients and employees throughout the work day via various methods of communications including phone and computer usage.

• Occasional lifting of up to 35 lbs

• Occasional pushing of up to 100+ lbs
