The Sales & Marketing Administrative Assistant is the initial point of contact for all incoming calls & inquiries, responsible for routing calls to managers or assisting clients as needed. They provide administrative support to managers and assist clients as needed in the absence of a manager. Responsible for day-to-day running of the office as it directly relates to administrative support for the Sales and Marketing department. Efficiently utilize computers and printers to complete all correspondence via email, mail or fax.


A successful candidate must have: High school degree or equivalent. Two (2) years previous experience in resort or sales industry. Must possess excellent people skills, professional appearance, and be a team player. Ability to provide superb communication to hotel guests, employees and clients. Strong organizational skills required. Work without direct daily supervision. Enforce resort’s standards, policies, and procedures with all levels of resort staff. Maintain basic service standards of phone etiquette. A flexible schedule is required and must be able to work weekends and holidays.
