Job Description
The Sales Coordinator assists the sales team by coordinating team and event schedules, and routing event data from SCC to ARAMARK, and ARAMARK back to SCC. Contributes to all ARAMARK departments on behalf of the Sales team to ensure the smooth delivery of successful events.
COMPENSATION: The hourly rate for this position ranges from $27.00 to $27.25, depending on circumstances including an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities
- Assist Sales Management Team with client communication, booking internal events in EBMS, and proposal based ICW and Exhibitor Orders
- Perform administrative duties (e.g. retrieval and deliver of interoffice mail, maintain and organize digital and physical event files and records)
- Maintain EBMS catering database
- Prepare Precon service orders
- Document tasting photos
- Maintain supply inventory

Qualifications
Desired experience:
1-2 years in a supervisory administrative or sales support role.
Desired education:
AA or Bachelors in a Sales or Hospitality related field.
Skills:
Using data to generate reports.
Administrative writing.
Effective use of the Microsoft office Suite version 2013 or later.
Abilities:
Organization and process management
Data analysis
