About the job:

As the Sourcing Manager, RX, you will be directly responsible for managing & growing our relationships with our pharmaceutical partners. Reporting to the Director of Innovation & RX Sourcing, you will handle the day to day contracting, sourcing, and procurement functions related to both finished goods and API's, ensuring we have the highest quality goods at the best price. This role is critical to our core functional area of RX.

Responsibilities:

• Seek, qualify, and establish working relationships with our RX vendors.
• Ensure our purchasing needs align with our production planning for our core facilities.
• Assist in negotiations and contracting with vendors, to include RFP's when necessary.
• Establish and maintain redundancy plans and risk mitigation strategies.
• Assist in the development of supplier scorecards & manage supplier adherence
• Conduct vendor site visits & supplier audits
• Ensure vendor compliance with all state and federal rules and regulations
• Help identify, implement & track cost reduction strategies

Experience & Skills :

• BS/BA degree required (Supply Chain related certifications a plus)
• 5-7 years of work experience in the Pharmaceutical Supply Chain
• Deep knowledge of RX product life cycles
• API and finished goods experience necessary
• Generic Pharmaceutical Industry experience a plus
• Direct to Consumer experience a plus
• Experience working in quality assurance a plus
• Comfortable working in a fluid environment, managing fluctuating priorities
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and drive internal & external decisions
• Ability to travel up to 25%

Outlined below is a reasonable estimate of H&H's compensation range for this role.

An estimate of the current salary range is $50,000 - $100,000. H&H also offers a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes equity grants of restricted stock (RSUs) so that H&H employees own a piece of our company.

The actual amount will take into account a range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and location.
